The Feel training concept is based on the current Findings in pain and neuroscience.
We combine these current scientific findings with our extensive experience from hundreds of training courses that our coaches have given in more than 18 countries worldwide over the past nine years.
This combination ensures the uniquely high quality and variety of our courses.
What are the latest findings?
Feeling is getting lost more and more these days. Our sensory system (feeling) plays an important role in processing Information from our environment that is necessary to control our movements and process pain. Technical progress takes a lot off our hands and exercise is becoming shorter and shorter. However, not only the movement is neglected, but also the activity of the nervous system.
This is exactly where our training concept comes into play.
For us, taping is a tool to support the sensory system of the nervous system, to enable restricted movement patterns and to influence pain situations.
These are our Basic Taping Expert course contents:
Introduction to the basics of neural taping
Do's & Don'ts in taping
Insight into current pain science
The neural connection between feeling (sensors) and movement
Functional lines as a GPS system
1. Taping in pain management
Lower limb: foot, ankle, shin, calf, knee, thigh, hip
Upper limb: wrist, elbow, upper arm, shoulder
Torso: lumbar, thoracic, cervical, abdomen, chest
2. Taping for Active Posture
Upper Cross Syndrome, Scapula, Shoulder
Hyperlordosis – hyperkyphosis
leg axis deviation
deformities of the foot
3. Breathing as an active component
Breathing training techniques
The most frequently asked questions about our training courses
Our training concept is aimed at everyone who works with people and movement work.
Whether doctor, therapist, Osteopath, chiropractor, personal trainer, club trainer or more ambitious Athlete, the feel concept integrates the latest scientific findings into an active movement system.
The Feel concept consists of two days based on the following cornerstones:
Functional Neurology & Pain Management
Breathing & posture
Lymphatic system and active movement.
Theory forms the basis of our work and makes up around 40% of the training.
Of course, the knowledge learned must then be put into practice, which is why it is very important to us to spend the remaining 60% of the time on active implementation and movement.
Yes, for each training day (Basic / Expert) you will receive your own digital and globally valid certificate of participation.
