Our history
Feel Premium Kinesiology Tape started with a why - why should there be another tape brand?
Our answer is because someone has to do it right and timely!
That sounds harsh, but let me elaborate.
For the past 9 years I have worked for one of the largest global kinesiotape brands and got to know the entire industry in all its facets.
In addition to all the positive things I experienced, I kept finding ways to do better.
However, since the existing structures in the market seem too rigid for innovations, the logical consequence was to found our own kinesiotape brand.
Let me start with the topic of sustainability.
Around 30 million rolls of Kinesio tape are produced every year, so small changes can have a big impact.
Most tapes are full of plastic, useless paper waste, environmentally harmful colors and questionable ingredients in the adhesive. You can do it differently and that's exactly what we're doing.
Our packaging is plastic-free and made from 100% recycled paper. We roll our kinesio tapes "inside-out" and can therefore do without the additional plastic packaging around the tape that was previously mandatory. The glue we use is a medical, hypoallergenic glue made from 100% acrylic glue without latex and zinc and without any animal ingredients.
Now you can say, but you produce in South Korea. That's correct. However, this choice was made consciously. With our producer we were able to gain a partner with 15 years of expertise in the production of kinesiological tapes. This guarantees us a consistent use of raw materials, premium quality, compliance with ecological standards and constant further development of our products.
Why do we tap?
Kinesiology tapes have been used for over 50 years
Medicine, used in sports and also in the household. Science is rather mixed when it comes to the effects of tape.
If you consider that most studies according to the
Claims and theses from the 1970s are carried out, it is not surprising that the effect cannot be clearly proven and most of the content is based on clinical experience.
Fortunately, there are also newer studies that prove different
Ask questions and show positive results. For example, the use of tape for non-specific back pain in combination with an active one
Therapy or treatment of rectus diastasis.
How do we train?
In our training concept, the focus is on the use of tape, always in combination with active therapy methods and movement. The latest results of neuro and pain science serve as a guide for our content.
Our team of educators has trained thousands of therapists, doctors and trainers in 18 different countries in Neural Taping over the last 8 years.
We work closely with other international and interdisciplinary training institutes in order to constantly develop our concept.
Our current training locations are spread all over Germany, so we are sure to have a location near you. We also train in Austria.
