The material
Our tape consists of 97% high-quality cotton and 3% high-tech synthetic fibers with a particularly tightly woven structure. This makes the Kinesio Tape very flexible on the one hand and very durable on the other.
The elasticity
Feel Tape has an elasticity of up to 180% and returns to its original length without loss of elasticity. This means that our tape has the same properties as human skin and can therefore have an optimal effect on the muscles.
The adhesive
If you wear a tape for up to 7 days, you should be sure that the adhesive does not pose any skin or health risks. We use a medical, non-allergenic acrylic adhesive that is also used in high-quality plasters. It is free of latex, zinc and silicone and sticks extremely well.
Environmentally friendly production
We set a new standard in sustainability for kinesiology tapes.
Our packaging is made from 100% recycled paper and is plastic-free.
For example, we wrap our tape "inside-out" and save up to 2 tons of plastic waste annually with this technology alone. This is unique in the world.
The tape itself is completely vegan and also contains no plastic.

Tips for the correct application of your Feel Kinesiotape
If you follow our tips, you will enjoy your Feel Kinesiotape for a long time and you can wear it on your skin for up to 7 days!
- Make sure the skin is clean, oil-free and dry before applying the kinesio tape
- Round the corners of the kinesio tape with scissors. This means it stays on the skin much longer.
- Always apply the anchor point of the kinesiotape without tension.
- Avoid folding when attaching the tape
- Make sure that the skin under the kinesiotape does not wrinkle when you apply it.
- After attaching the kinesio tape, rub the backing paper over the tape. The heat generated activates the adhesive and ensures better adhesion
- Ideally, the area treated with the kinesiotape should be hair-free. This extends the possible wearing time.
- Always carefully remove the kinesiotape from the skin. The following tips can help you remove the tape without pain: Use oil to remove the tape, remove the tape when it is wet (e.g. in the shower), roll off the tape instead of pulling it off.
